Welcome to Skillora. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ODIAN LABS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Skillora," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of our AI interview platform and related services (the "Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including individual candidates, educational institutions, recruiters, and enterprise customers.

2. Description of Service
Skillora is an AI-powered interview practice platform that provides:
- AI-conducted mock interviews with real-time video and audio interaction
- Video and audio recording of interview sessions for review and analysis
- AI-generated feedback and performance analytics based on your interview recordings
- Interview practice tools, question banks, and preparation resources
- Resume optimization and career development tools
- For enterprise customers: team management, analytics dashboards, and administrative features
Important: Our Service requires video and audio recording capabilities. By using the Service, you consent to being recorded during interview sessions. These recordings are used to provide feedback, analytics, and improve your interview skills.
3. User Accounts & Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and password
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3.2 Account Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 years old in the European Union) to use our Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service. Educational institutions using our Service for students are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental consent where required by law.
3.3 Account Types
We offer different account types:
- Individual Users: Personal accounts for candidates practicing interviews
- Recruiters: Accounts for hiring professionals and recruitment agencies
- Enterprise/Educational: Organization accounts for educational institutions, bootcamps, and companies
4. Video & Audio Recording Terms
Critical Terms: Our Service is built around video and audio recording. By using the Service, you explicitly consent to being recorded.
4.1 Consent to Recording
By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your video and audio will be recorded during interview sessions
- These recordings will be stored on our servers and processed by our systems solely to provide feedback and analytics to you
- Recordings may be used to generate feedback, analytics, and performance assessments for your use
- You grant us a limited license to store and process your recordings solely as necessary to provide the Service to you, as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy
4.2 Camera & Microphone Access
You must grant our Service access to your device's camera and microphone to use interview features. You can revoke this access through your device settings at any time, though this will prevent you from using interview features. You are responsible for ensuring your recording environment is appropriate and that you have the right to record any content visible or audible in your recordings.
4.3 Use of Recordings
We use your recordings to:
- Provide interview feedback and performance analysis
- Enable you to review and replay your interviews
- Generate personalized recommendations and insights
Important Privacy Commitment: Your video and audio recordings, interview responses, and any other user data will NOT be used to train any AI models. We use pre-trained AI models to analyze your recordings and provide feedback, but your personal data is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models or machine learning systems. Your data is used solely for providing the Service to you and will never be incorporated into any training datasets.
For enterprise customers, recordings may be accessible to organization administrators only if explicitly authorized in your Data Processing Agreement and with user consent.
4.4 Recording Deletion
You may request deletion of your recordings at any time by contacting us at support@skillora.ai. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Note that deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Some metadata may be retained in anonymized form as permitted by law.
4.5 Protection of Personal Information
Personal Information Privacy Commitment: We understand the importance of protecting your personal information. Your personal identifying information, including but not limited to your name, email address, and phone number, is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is never shared with any third parties, external organizations, or unauthorized individuals.
For users associated with educational institutions, universities, or other organizations:
- Your personal information (name, email address, phone number) is shared only with authorized personnel within your own educational institution or organization who have a legitimate need to access such information for administrative, educational, or support purposes
- We do not share your personal information with any other educational institutions, third-party organizations, external recruiters (unless you explicitly authorize such sharing), or any other parties outside of your own institution
- Access to your personal information within your institution is limited to authorized administrators, faculty members, or staff members who have been designated by your institution and who have a legitimate educational or administrative interest in accessing such information
- We maintain strict access controls and audit logs to ensure that your personal information is accessed only by authorized personnel and only for legitimate purposes
This protection applies regardless of whether you are using our Service as an individual user or as part of an educational institution. Your personal information remains confidential and is never sold, rented, or shared with unauthorized parties. 5. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
5.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
- Upload, transmit, or share any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our express written permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Service
- Record or share interviews in a manner that violates the privacy or rights of others
- Use the Service to create, transmit, or store content that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
5.2 Content You Provide
You are solely responsible for all content you upload, transmit, or create through our Service, including video and audio recordings, resumes, profile information, and interview responses. You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to all content you provide
- Your content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- Your content is accurate and not misleading
- You have obtained all necessary consents for any individuals appearing in your recordings
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, AI models, algorithms, design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Skillora and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:
- Resell or commercially exploit the Service
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
- Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without permission
- Extract or scrape data from the Service
6.2 Your Content License
By uploading, transmitting, or creating content through our Service (including video/audio recordings), you grant Skillora a limited, non-exclusive license solely to:
- Store and process your content to provide the Service to you
- Generate feedback, analytics, and insights from your content for your use
- Display your content to you and, where applicable, to authorized administrators (for enterprise accounts)
You retain ownership of your content. This license is limited to providing the Service to you and terminates when you delete your content or account. You can request deletion of your content at any time, subject to our retention policies as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Payment Terms & Subscriptions
7.1 Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans and one-time purchase options. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless otherwise specified. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes.
7.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method. You are responsible for all fees and charges associated with your account.
7.3 Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.
Refund policies vary by plan type. Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy for specific terms. Generally, subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in your plan terms.
7.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of price increases for existing subscribers. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period.
8. Disclaimers & Limitations
8.1 Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
8.2 AI-Generated Content
Our Service uses AI to generate feedback, analysis, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should not rely solely on AI feedback for important decisions. Our AI feedback is intended for practice and improvement purposes and should be used as one tool among many in your interview preparation.
8.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKILLORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or data
- Any errors or omissions in the Service
- Any interruption or cessation of the Service
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
8.4 No Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Termination
9.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@skillora.ai. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we will delete or anonymize your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention requirements.
9.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy
- You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- You fail to pay required fees
- We are required to do so by law
- We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)
9.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account, content, and data, subject to our data retention policies and legal obligations. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Sending an email notification for significant changes
Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
11.2 Dispute Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@skillora.ai to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 60 days, you may proceed with formal dispute resolution as permitted by applicable law.
12. Miscellaneous
12.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Skillora regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
12.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12.3 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without your consent.
12.4 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
