What You'll Do

• Listen to audio recordings and transcribe them accurately into written text
• Handle a variety of accents, speaking speeds, and audio quality levels
• Apply consistent formatting, punctuation, and style guidelines
• Flag unclear segments and note speaker changes where relevant
• Meet quality and turnaround targets for each batch of work
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• A strong, attentive listener who catches details others might miss
• Accurate and efficient typist with good written English
• Patient and methodical when working through challenging audio
• Comfortable following structured guidelines and quality standards
• Reliable and self-motivated — you take ownership of your work
• No prior transcription or AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Previous transcription, captioning, or audio editing experience
• Familiarity with transcription tools or platforms
• Exposure to diverse accents, dialects, or multilingual audio
