About the Role

We're looking for experienced postsecondary Business instructors to help shape the next generation of AI. Your classroom expertise doesn't just belong in a lecture hall — it belongs at the frontier of AI development. You'll evaluate and improve how AI systems understand core business concepts, real-world decision-making, and applied reasoning.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your teaching experience directly influences how AI thinks about business.

What You'll Do

• Design and review business questions and scenarios used to train AI systems
• Evaluate the accuracy, clarity, and real-world relevance of AI-generated business content
• Provide structured, detailed feedback to improve AI reasoning, explanations, and examples
• Apply your teaching experience to validate complex scenarios and edge cases
• Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of core business topics — management, strategy, operations, finance, and more
• Able to clearly evaluate and articulate business reasoning in written form
• Comfortable reviewing structured content and delivering actionable, detailed feedback
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Industry or applied business experience outside of academia
• Familiarity with AI systems, content evaluation, or instructional design workflows
