What You'll Do

• Design advanced chemistry problems that challenge and evaluate AI reasoning — spanning areas like chemical engineering, biochemistry, thermodynamics, and organic chemistry
• Develop rigorous, step-by-step solutions that demonstrate clear scientific logic
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for factual accuracy, depth of reasoning, and quality
• Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks across undergraduate-to-Masters-level chemistry topics
• Provide structured, actionable feedback that directly improves how AI models handle scientific content

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
• Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
• Detail-oriented and comfortable providing structured, critical feedback
• Self-motivated and able to work independently on an asynchronous schedule
• No prior AI or data annotation experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality assurance workflows
• Familiarity with large language models or AI research concepts
• Background spanning multiple chemistry subfields
