In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. This opportunity is designed for professionals adept at reviewing, verifying, and safeguarding personal identifiable information (PII) within transformed datasets. The project emphasizes qualitative input and thorough spot-checks to ensure all sensitive details have been properly managed.

Scope of Work

  1. Conduct spot-checks of transformed datasets to identify and validate proper redaction or anonymization of PII.
  2. Perform detailed document reviews to verify data privacy standards are consistently upheld.
  3. Assess data sets for any missed or improperly handled sensitive information, providing clear and actionable feedback.
  4. Document and report any discrepancies or observations using provided tools and templates.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Strong background in contract review, quality assurance, eDiscovery, and compliance processes.
  2. In-depth understanding of Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and data privacy regulations.
  3. Background as a Paralegal, eDiscovery Specialist, Privacy Analyst, Information Governance Specialist, Compliance Manager, or Legal Document Review Lead.
  4. Experience in legal document review, litigation support, or managed legal services.
  5. Proven track record of working with sensitive data in high-stakes environments.
  6. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to maintain accuracy under pressure.
