- Collaborate with AI researchers, engineers, and product teams to identify model limitations and improve financial reasoning capabilities.
- Conduct applied research and document findings to advance AI performance in corporate finance and acquisition-related tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Strong professional experience in Corporate Development, M&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Strategic Investments, with direct exposure to acquisition-related transactions.
- Hands-on experience across the M&A lifecycle, including target screening, valuation, due diligence, transaction analysis, or deal execution.

- Experience preparing or evaluating investment memoranda, acquisition recommendations, and transaction-related financial analyses.
- Ability to translate complex financial workflows into structured research questions, evaluation frameworks, and measurable criteria.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience within an in-house Corporate Development team, particularly involving buy-side acquisitions.
- Experience executing or supporting M&A transactions from target identification through due diligence and closing.
- Background in technology-sector acquisitions, SaaS businesses, or strategic investments.
- MBA, CFA, or relevant advanced financial qualifications.
- Familiarity with AI agents, large language models, AI evaluation methodologies, or financial AI applications.
- Proficiency with financial modeling and analytical tools such as Excel, Python, or SQL.
