Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity centers on image data annotation, requiring both accuracy and attention to detail while collaborating with a distributed project team. Clear and effective written and verbal communication are pivotal to success.

Scope of Work

1. Precisely annotate and categorize image data according to detailed project guidelines.
2. Review and validate annotations for consistency and quality, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
3. Provide constructive feedback on annotation processes, contributing to continuous improvement.
4. Collaborate with project participants and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve questions.
5. Document annotation methodologies and articulate rationale for labeling decisions.
6. Adapt to evolving annotation standards and quickly integrate feedback into your workflow.
7. Meet defined project deliverables within established timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Demonstrated expertise in data annotation, with a focus on image-based projects.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
