About the Role

We're looking for German language experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on German-language content. Your linguistic insight will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and communicates in German — making a real impact on one of the world's most widely spoken languages.

• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated German translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness
• Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, register mismatches, or cultural issues
• Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate German
• Provide structured feedback on linguistic quality across a variety of domains
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Native or near-native fluency in German
• Strong written communication skills in both German and English
• Comfortable evaluating written language quality at scale
• Attention to detail and consistency
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in linguistics, translation, localization, or editing
• Experience reviewing or working with AI-generated text
• Familiarity with regional German language variations
