In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

  1. Provide expert analysis and annotation of complex M&A and corporate law scenarios for AI model training.
  2. Conduct in-depth legal research on M&A, private equity transactions, and related litigation topics.
  3. Review, comment on, and refine datasets to ensure legal accuracy and real-world relevancy.
  4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to contextualize materials and clarify legal nuances.
  5. Offer written insights and feedback on legal reasoning, transaction structures, and deal documentation.
  6. Engage in remote project discussions and contribute to iterative quality assurance processes.
  7. Support the development of evaluation rubrics and best practices where requested by internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited US law school and active bar admission in the United States.
  2. Experience practicing as an M&A attorney at an Am Law 100 or other leading US law firm.
  3. Extensive track record in M&A transactions, private equity, and corporate advisory engagements.
  4. Strong litigation exposure, particularly within corporate or transactional contexts.
  5. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across disciplines and communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
  6. Background in legal research, drafting, and the review of transaction documents.
  7. Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and a commitment to delivering meticulous, high-quality work.
