What You'll Do

• Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical content, EHR workflows, and health informatics outputs for accuracy, safety, and real-world applicability
• Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions in AI-generated nursing and clinical documentation
• Provide structured expert feedback on how well AI systems reflect genuine nursing practice and patient care standards
• Assess the usability and clinical soundness of AI-designed health information system recommendations
• Apply your knowledge of EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner) to evaluate whether AI outputs align with real clinical documentation workflows
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with hands-on experience in clinical informatics or health IT
• Experienced with EHR systems and clinical documentation workflows in real healthcare settings
• Strong analytical thinker able to assess AI outputs critically against nursing best practices
• Detail-oriented and consistent in applying evaluation standards
• Clear and effective written communicator
• Comfortable working independently on task-based assignments

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
• Background in health IT project implementation or clinical workflow redesign
• Familiarity with AI tools, large language models, or AI evaluation processes
• Experience in specialty nursing areas such as ICU, oncology, or surgical care
