What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated portfolio strategies, asset allocation rationales, and construction logic for accuracy and soundness
- Review risk management approaches, diversification frameworks, and hedging strategies
- Assess the quality and completeness of buy/hold/sell decision reasoning
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or weak justifications in portfolio narratives
- Provide structured, detailed feedback using evaluation rubrics
- Support recurring assessment tasks across a variety of portfolio types and investment contexts
- Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
Who You Are
Required
- Hands-on experience in portfolio management, investment research, or wealth management
- Strong working knowledge of asset classes, diversification strategies, and risk metrics (e.g., Sharpe ratio, VaR, beta)
- Ability to critically evaluate investment reasoning and identify logical weaknesses
- Clear, organized analytical writing — you can articulate complex financial concepts concisely
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with institutional portfolio management frameworks (e.g., endowment model, liability-driven investing)
- CFA designation or equivalent professional qualification
- Background in quantitative analysis, factor investing, or multi-asset strategies
- Experience with investment policy statements or mandate compliance reviews
