About this role
Quantitative Analyst Overview Models handle textbook finance fine and fall apart on the real thing: mispriced risk, subtly wrong derivations, and models that ignore market microstructure. As a Quantitative Analyst you'll stress-test AI financial reasoning and write the analysis a practitioner would actually stand behind. What you’ll actually do Write prompts that probe quantitative reasoning: pricing, risk, portfolio construction, and statistical modeling. Review AI output for flawed derivations, misused models, and misread data, and rate the reasoning. Write the correct analysis when the model falls short, with the rigor of a desk-quality review. What we look for Professional experience in quantitative finance, trading, or risk, or a strong research background. Fluency with the underlying mathematics: probability, statistics, and stochastic methods. Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal. No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it. How it works Apply Qualify Work & get paid Compensation $75-$125+/hr depending on task difficulty: routine review at the lower end, advanced modeling at the top.
