micro1 is engaging Vectorworks Specialists contributors to support a customer's architecture project with advanced CAD and BIM workflows. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

  1. Provide detailed insights and feedback on architectural design processes and BIM workflows in Vectorworks.
  2. Perform and document specific tasks within Vectorworks, demonstrating best practices in CAD, 3D modeling, and engineering design.
  3. Capture screen recordings and share commentary to illustrate real-world problem-solving and design iterations.
  4. Annotate and label architectural data, models, or workflows to support AI-driven model evaluation and human data initiatives.
  5. Evaluate and review model outputs for accuracy and relevance in architecture/BIM contexts.
  6. Contribute written and verbal explanations articulating reasoning, decision-making, and tool usage.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Extensive hands-on experience with Vectorworks in architecture or BIM-focused projects (specifically as an architect or BIM professional).
  2. Demonstrated expertise in CAD, 3D modeling, or engineering design within the built environment.
  3. Prior participation in human data projects (data labeling, annotation, RLHF, model evaluation, or similar activities).
  4. Comfortable with screen sharing, capturing workflows, and providing actionable feedback.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to architectural challenges.
  6. Familiarity with current architectural standards, BIM methodologies, and real-world project demands.
