About the Role

We're looking for talented Spanish-speaking voice professionals to help shape the future of AI speech technology. Your voice and expertise will directly influence how AI systems sound, speak, and connect with millions of Spanish-speaking users worldwide.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — work on your own schedule and make a real impact on frontier AI.

• Commitment: 15+ hours/week, fully asynchronous

What You'll Do

• Record high-quality Spanish voice samples from provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, rhythm, and expressiveness
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve AI-generated Spanish speech
• Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity, authenticity, and natural delivery
• Help identify regional accent nuances and culturally appropriate speech patterns

Who You Are

• Native or near-native Spanish speaker with strong spoken fluency
• Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, podcasting, or similar fields
• Access to a high-quality microphone and a quiet, controlled recording environment
• Able to deliver expressive, clear, and engaging voice performances on cue
• Detail-oriented when it comes to pronunciation, tone, pacing, and clarity
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an async environment

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with regional Spanish accents and dialects (Latin American, Castilian, etc.)
• Interest in AI, speech synthesis, or natural language processing
• Prior experience with data labeling, RLHF, or AI training projects
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
