  3. Leverage contextual resources such as airport diagrams, approach charts, and real-time aircraft positions to enhance transcription fidelity.
  4. Apply your operational experience to clarify ambiguous or noisy audio segments, ensuring precise and context-aware extraction.
  5. Deliver transcriptions that meet a stringent accuracy threshold (e.g., 2% word error rate or lower) as defined by project standards.
  6. Follow feedback and iterative review processes to refine output quality and support continuous AI model improvement.
  7. Maintain the confidentiality of all shared data and adhere to project security protocols.

  3. Ability to comprehend a wide array of accents, including those of international pilots.
  4. Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing consistent, high-quality transcripts.
  5. Comfortable working independently with structured guidelines and tight quality benchmarks.
  6. Access to reliable internet, a distraction-free workspace, and quality headphones for critical listening.
  7. Experience using or referencing aviation maps, charts, and navigation tools is a plus.
