About this role

Chemist Overview Models routinely propose impossible mechanisms, unsafe procedures, and syntheses that no bench chemist would attempt. As a Chemist you'll evaluate AI chemical reasoning, catch what's wrong or unsafe, and write the answers a trained chemist would give. What you’ll actually do Write prompts that probe chemical reasoning: mechanisms, synthesis routes, and analytical interpretation. Review AI output for impossible mechanisms, unsafe procedures, and misread spectra, and rate the reasoning. Write the correct answer when the model falls short, with proper attention to conditions and safety. What we look for Graduate-level chemistry background or equivalent lab experience. Comfort across organic, inorganic, or physical chemistry. Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal. No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it. How it works Apply Qualify Work & get paid Compensation $75-$125+/hr depending on task difficulty.
