What You'll Do

• Apply accurate, consistent labels to clinical and medical research datasets
• Review and verify existing annotations for quality and correctness
• Interpret complex healthcare data and apply structured annotation guidelines
• Flag ambiguous cases and document your reasoning clearly
• Maintain high annotation quality across large, specialized datasets
• Collaborate asynchronously with a quality-focused team

Who You Are

• Background in healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Comfortable working with complex, domain-specific datasets
• Able to follow detailed annotation guidelines consistently
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• Experience in medical coding, clinical documentation, or health informatics is a plus

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with EHR data, clinical terminology, or ICD/CPT coding
• Prior experience in data annotation or labeling workflows
• Background in medical research or clinical trials
