About the Role

We're looking for Spanish localization specialists to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Spanish-language content. Your linguistic insight will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and communicates in Spanish — making a real impact across the diverse Spanish-speaking world.

• Location: Remote
• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated Spanish content for tone, register, and regional relevance
• Identify localization issues involving idioms, regional usage, or formality mismatches
• Suggest culturally appropriate alternatives to improve naturalness and authenticity
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to enhance overall localization quality
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish with strong English communication skills
• Deep understanding of regional Spanish variants and how they differ across markets
• Solid grasp of cultural nuance, tone, and context across Spanish-speaking audiences
• Comfortable evaluating written language quality at scale
• Detail-oriented and consistent in applying feedback guidelines
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in localization, translation, or content adaptation
• Familiarity with AI-generated content review or language evaluation workflows
• Knowledge of specific regional markets such as Mexico, Spain, Latin America, or the US Hispanic market
