micro1 is engaging Business Intelligence & Analytics Experts to contribute to an innovative customer project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience building, managing, or validating dashboards, reports, and analytical workflows using leading BI and analytics tools.

Scope of Work

1. Review, analyze, and provide feedback on data dashboards, analytical reports, and visualizations across various BI platforms.
2. Develop, validate, or refine interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sigma, Databricks, or comparable tools.
3. Evaluate and troubleshoot calculation logic, data sources, and metrics to ensure precision and reliability of outputs.
4. Assess the effectiveness of KPI tracking and reporting structures for accuracy and actionable insights.
5. Interact with AI-powered agents and workplace connectors, such as ChatGPT Work, Codex, and Claude Cowork, to enhance or review analytic workflows.
6. Document findings, deliver structured feedback, and summarize improvements or corrections for data-driven processes.
7. Contribute to best practices for integrating BI tools with collaborative platforms like Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or data visualization.
2. Technical proficiency with products such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sigma, Databricks, or MySQL.
3. Proven track record in building, managing, or validating dashboards, analytical workflows, and metric reporting.
4. Familiarity with using or evaluating AI tools including ChatGPT Work, Codex, Claude Code, or Claude Cowork.
5. Experience integrating and connecting BI platforms with workplace systems and cloud-based data sources.
6. Detail-oriented approach to identifying inconsistencies or errors in analytical outputs, calculations, and KPIs.
7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to deliver actionable feedback and insights.
