micro1 is engaging Family Law Attorneys with BigLaw experience to contribute their expertise to a dynamic customer project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

  1. Analyze and interpret complex family law cases, statutes, and precedents to generate accurate legal insights for AI training purposes.
  2. Conduct thorough legal research and provide clear, concise written summaries and case notes.
  3. Draft, review, and annotate legal documents relating to family law (e.g., custody agreements, divorce decrees, prenuptial agreements).
  4. Identify and clarify key issues, legal arguments, and reasoning within documents and case files.
  5. Collaborate with a remote team using digital project management tools to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
  6. Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and leverage technology for efficient knowledge transfer.
  7. Ensure all deliverables meet high standards for attention to detail, clarity, and legal accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Demonstrated expertise in family law through practice at a leading BigLaw firm.
  2. Strong background in legal research, writing, and case analysis specific to family law matters.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain nuanced legal concepts clearly.
  4. Proven ability to review, summarize, and critique complex legal documents with meticulous attention to detail.
  5. Familiarity with remote collaboration, digital project management tools, and adaptability to new technologies.
  6. Effective organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing multiple deliverables.
  7. Critical thinking skills and sound legal judgment; experience contributing to innovative projects is a plus.
