In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work

  1. Analyze and evaluate real-world physics data, concepts, and scenarios to enhance AI model training.
  2. Generate, review, and refine technical content and problem sets that represent advanced physics subject matter.
  3. Provide expert scientific feedback on complex questions and model outputs, ensuring technical accuracy and relevance.
  4. Translate intricate physics theories and phenomena into accessible explanations for AI interpretation.
  5. Collaborate with project stakeholders to align deliverables with evolving project objectives.
  6. Participate in quality assurance of training data by identifying gaps and recommending improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Doctorate (PhD) in Physics from an accredited institution.
  2. Extensive background in advanced physical sciences, with a solid foundation in theoretical and applied physics.
  3. Exceptional ability to communicate complex scientific topics both in writing and verbally.
  4. Experience developing or reviewing educational or technical materials in physics.
  5. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills pertinent to scientific research.
  6. Adaptability to evolving project requirements and a proactive approach to tackling new challenges.
  7. Interest or familiarity with AI, data science, or digital training environments is a plus, but not required.
