Job Summary:

Join our team as a Recruiter, where you'll play an integral role in scaling dynamic startup environments. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate recruiting professional to shape exceptional teams, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and drive the end-to-end hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and engage top talent through a variety of headhunting techniques and professional networks.

• Manage the recruitment pipeline from initial outreach through offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to deeply understand role requirements and team dynamics.

• Maintain an organized, data-driven approach to tracking candidates and reporting on recruiting metrics.

• Proactively adapt to changing hiring needs in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

• Communicate effectively across distributed teams, providing updates and managing expectations.

• Uphold and promote the company's employer brand in all candidate interactions.

• Attend the San Francisco office as needed and participate in events and career fairs every few weeks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of headhunting and recruitment experience, preferably within startup or tech environments.

• Proven success in proactively sourcing and closing talent for hard-to-fill roles.

• Strong self-management skills with the ability to thrive in fully remote roles.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, especially with stakeholders at all levels.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, multitask, and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

• Authorization to work in the US and based within the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building and scaling recruitment pipelines for startups.

• Exposure to high-volume or technical recruiting.

• Track record of adapting to rapidly changing priorities and business needs.
