micro1 is engaging Adobe Video Editor (Premiere Pro & After Effects) specialists to contribute to a customer's project focused on video data annotation and AI training. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

  1. Analyze, annotate, and categorize video data using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for optimal input into AI training processes.
  2. Create, modify, and composite motion graphics to enhance and illustrate video data sets.
  3. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all video annotations and edits according to project specifications.
  4. Collaborate remotely with project coordinators and other contributors to deliver annotated video assets on time.
  5. Document video editing and annotation methodologies clearly for inclusion in training datasets.
  6. Provide insights and feedback on annotation guidelines to improve data quality and AI learning outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, including effects, transitions, keyframing, and compositing.
  2. Experience in professional video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in feedback and documentation.
  4. Background in video data annotation or similar content labeling activities is a plus.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a remote setting.
  6. Enthusiasm for advancing AI technology through high-quality data contribution.
  7. Entry-level or mid-level expertise; this opportunity is not suited for senior-level professionals.
