In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Scope of Work

  1. Conduct hands-on evaluations of professional tools, simulating genuine workflows to identify strengths and potential gaps.
  2. Document functionality, edge cases, and tool behaviors with clear, detailed written feedback, leveraging both your verbal and written communication expertise.
  3. Design and execute realistic tasks within familiar software platforms, ensuring AI systems are exposed to authentic professional scenarios.
  4. Pinpoint discrepancies where tools underperform compared to industry standards or professional expectations.
  5. Generate comprehensive reports and actionable insights that will directly inform the iterative training of advanced AI models.
  6. Continually suggest process or tool improvements based on your domain experience and observed system behaviors.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Extensive hands-on experience with industry-standard software and workflows relevant to your expertise area.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear documentation and thoughtful feedback.
  3. Proven ability to assess the usability and limitations of professional tools from a practitioner's perspective.
  4. Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for quality, accuracy, and process improvement.
  5. Comfort working independently in a remote, self-directed engagement capacity.
  6. Familiarity with giving feedback on software functionality, user experience, or workflow optimization (a plus).
