micro1 is engaging Airtable Specialists to contribute to a customer's project focused on optimizing workflow automation and data management practices. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This is a unique opportunity for professionals who are passionate about workflow design, automating data processes, and enhancing product management practices using Airtable.

Scope of Work

1. Complete and review realistic workflows within Airtable.
2. Explore Airtable features and identify common real-world use cases.
3. Create and manage bases, tables, views, fields, records, and relationships.
4. Work with Airtable automations, forms, interfaces, and other relevant features.
5. Demonstrate how Airtable can be used for project, product, or operational workflows.
6. Identify efficient ways to organize and manage information within Airtable.
7. Document the steps required to complete different workflows clearly and accurately.
8. Provide feedback on whether workflows and instructions reflect realistic Airtable usage.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Strong hands-on experience using Airtable in a professional setting.
2. Experience creating and managing Airtable bases and workflows.
3. Familiarity with Airtable automations, views, forms, interfaces, and integrations.
4. Experience using Airtable for product management, project management, business operations, or similar workflows.
5. Strong understanding of workflow design and data organization.
6. Ability to explain processes and workflows clearly.
7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
8. Comfortable independently exploring Airtable features and completing practical tasks.
