Cross-Border Financial Services Expert (Brazil ↔ USA)

We are looking for individuals with firsthand experience managing cross-border financial activities between Brazil and the United States to support an AI evaluation and market research project. Participants will provide insights based on their personal financial experience to help evaluate financial products, services, and user experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently reside in Brazil or the United States.
• 18 years of age or older.
• High-net-worth or premium banking customer with significant income and/or investable assets.
• Currently employed full-time, part-time, or self-employed.
• Regularly manage financial activities between Brazil and the United States (not occasional users).
• Familiar with and actively use premium cross-border banking or financial services.
• Likely to continue using international financial products and services.
• Not employed in (and no immediate family member employed in) advertising, public relations, marketing, or market research.

Required Experience

Candidates should have ongoing experience with one or more of the following:

• Managing finances across both Brazil and the United States.
• Supporting family members or dependents financially across the two countries.
• Maintaining investments, banking relationships, or property across borders.
• Working in one country while maintaining active financial obligations in the other.

Relevant Product Experience

Experience using one or more of the following is preferred:

• Brazilian banking services.
• U.S. banking services.
• International money transfer or remittance platforms.
• Foreign exchange services.
• Investment accounts in Brazil and/or the United States.
• International credit cards.
• U.S. mortgage or real estate financing.
• Financial advisors, accountants, or legal professionals specialising in cross-border finance.
• Digital wallets or fintech platforms used for international financial management.
