In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity centers on detailed annotation of audio and video samples, requiring careful attention to detail and proficiency in English.

Scope of Work

  1. Annotate and label audio and video content with precision, following detailed project-specific guidelines.
  2. Review and validate existing annotations to ensure consistency and quality across datasets.
  3. Identify, flag, and correct ambiguities or errors in provided data samples.
  4. Document annotation decisions and maintain clear records for auditability and project transparency.
  5. Collaborate with project leads and peers via written and verbal channels to resolve queries and align on best practices.
  6. Meet defined deliverables and deadlines while maintaining high annotation accuracy.
  7. Provide insights and feedback on annotation processes to contribute to ongoing workflow improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Demonstrated expertise in data annotation, particularly with audio and video media.
  2. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of quality control.
  3. Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
  4. Experience working with diverse data types and adapting to evolving annotation guidelines.
  5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to document and articulate annotation rationales.
  6. Familiarity with data labeling tools or platforms is advantageous.
  7. Experience providing constructive feedback to enhance annotation workflows is a plus.
