Your work will directly help the frontier labs close that gap. We are currently seeking experts across coding, machine learning, security, systems and hardware. You Will Author tasks: Design difficult terminal-based tasks in your domain, then build the automated verifier that grades agent outcomes. Tasks typically take 6 to 7 hours to complete. Iterate as the agents evolve: Refine tasks based on results, closing loopholes and tightening specs Example Tasks CODING Find and fix 26 hidden layout shifts across a Next.js codebase MACHINE LEARNING Hand-write an fp8 GPU kernel that beats PyTorch, with no vendor libraries SECURITY Find and remove a bootkit hidden in one UEFI driver out of 115 SYSTEMS Fix a data-visibility race in a storage engine's compaction path HARDWARE Build a console in Verilog until a real ROM renders pixel-perfect Ideal Qualifications Technical background: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) with deep expertise in at least one core domain — coding, machine learning, security, systems or hardware. Hands-on experience: 6+ years of real-world experience building, shipping or researching in your field. Analytical rigor: The ability to dissect complex technical content for logical flow, correctness and sound reasoning.
