Scope of Work

  1. Produce and capture high-quality audio recordings in both French and English, following project guidelines for clarity and accuracy.
  2. Transcribe recorded audio segments, ensuring precise alignment of spoken content with written transcripts.
  3. Annotate audio files with detailed metadata tags and linguistic notes to facilitate effective data utilization.
  4. Review and validate the quality and usability of audio data, identifying and correcting inconsistencies or errors.
  5. Collaborate with project managers and technical specialists to ensure deliverables meet defined standards and objectives.
  6. Follow specific instructions regarding recording environments, equipment settings, and file naming conventions.
  7. Contribute feedback on processes and tools to optimize the workflow for future iterations.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Native-level fluency in French (France) and professional proficiency in English.
  2. Proven experience in audio engineering, sound recording, or related audio production fields.
  3. Expertise in transcription, audio annotation, and familiarity with metadata tagging best practices.
  4. Demonstrated attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality, accurate work.
  5. Familiarity with professional audio recording tools, software, and studio equipment.
