About this role
Mercor is conducting a paid research study in collaboration with a leading AI research lab focused on improving healthcare and pharmacy benefit experiences. We are seeking CFOs and VPs of Finance at health plans and health insurers to take part in a short online survey about how their organisation selects and contracts with pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs).
Responsibilities
Participants will be asked to:
- Complete a structured ~25-minute online survey
- Share perspectives on PBM selection, pricing and rebate arrangements, drug spend, and specialty pharmacy strategy
- Submit all responses within the given timeline
Requirements
- Your current title is Chief Financial Officer or VP of Finance
- You work for a health plan or health insurer, a provider-sponsored health plan owned by a health system, or a third-party administrator (TPA) that makes its own PBM decisions
- You hold formal authority over the PBM decision — you are either the final decision-maker on PBM selection, or you sit on the committee that selects the PBM
- Based in the United States
- Able to independently complete a ~25-minute online survey
Please note: this study is limited to CFO and VP of Finance titles. Pharmacy, clinical, medical, procurement, contracting and compliance titles are not eligible, and neither are employees of pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), benefits consultants or brokers, employers buying benefits for their own staff, or hospitals and health systems without their own health plan.
