micro1 is engaging Korean Transcription Experts to contribute to a high-impact project for an innovative customer. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
- Transcribe audio samples accurately and consistently, ensuring precision in capturing both Korean and English content.
- Review, edit, and proofread transcriptions for quality assurance, correcting errors and verifying linguistic accuracy.
- Annotate audio files with relevant metadata and contextual notes to support AI training requirements.
- Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify guidelines and maintain alignment with evolving project specifications.
- Deliver completed transcription assignments within established project timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Contribute feedback on workflow processes, tool usability, and linguistic challenges encountered during transcription tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Native or near-native fluency in Korean, with advanced comprehension of both spoken and written language.
- Professional experience performing audio transcription, especially in settings where high accuracy is essential.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong commitment to delivering error-free language data.
- Familiarity with industry-standard transcription tools or platforms.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to articulate guidance, clarify ambiguities, and document findings.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Prior experience with projects involving AI training, data annotation, or language resource development is a plus.
