In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

  1. Review and analyze molecular biology data, experimental protocols, and scientific literature for relevance and accuracy.
  2. Develop high-quality content, annotations, and explanations based on current molecular biology concepts, techniques, and findings.
  3. Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific validity, clarity, and alignment with established molecular biology standards.
  4. Provide detailed feedback on molecular biology topics to improve AI system understanding and performance.
  5. Create or curate real-world scenarios, questions, and datasets reflecting key molecular biology challenges.
  6. Collaborate with technical teams to refine project deliverables and ensure scientific excellence.
  7. Contribute insights on emerging molecular biology trends and applications as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Advanced degree (MS, PhD, or equivalent) in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or a related life science field.
  2. Demonstrated expertise in experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation of molecular biology results.
  3. Strong familiarity with contemporary laboratory techniques such as PCR, sequencing, CRISPR, or protein analysis.
  4. Proven track record of scientific writing, publishing, or peer review in molecular biology or related disciplines.
  5. Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and accurately for diverse audiences.
  6. Experience collaborating across interdisciplinary teams or contributing to multi-expert projects is an asset.
  7. Curiosity about AI technologies and enthusiasm for shaping their application within the molecular biology domain.
