Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

  1. Utilize ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) at a user level to support supply chain workflows and data entry.
  2. Build straightforward demand forecasts and supply plans using real or hypothetical data inputs.
  3. Develop and complete supplier evaluation scorecards, assessing performance based on cost, quality, reliability, and service metrics.
  4. Analyze inventory and stock levels, flagging discrepancies, risks, or potential shortages.
  5. Prepare clear, actionable reports using intermediate Excel functions (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas) for supply chain reporting and decision support.
  6. Combine sourcing insights with purchasing knowledge to simulate end-to-end procurement scenarios.
  7. Document processes and communicate findings through concise written and verbal input, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of hands-on experience with leading ERP platforms (such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) in a supply chain context.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex supply chain concepts and analysis clearly.
  3. Solid background in demand planning or building supplier scorecards, ideally with direct responsibility for supplier performance monitoring.
  4. Proficiency in intermediate Excel functions relevant to supply chain analysis and reporting.
  5. Demonstrated ability to evaluate suppliers and manage supplier relationships using structured processes.
  6. Experience collaborating with Purchasing Agents or in roles combining sourcing with procurement responsibilities.
  7. Ability to work independently, efficiently organize tasks, and meet project deliverables in a remote setting.
