Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop high-quality user interfaces with a strong emphasis on usability and accessibility.
  2. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into elegant, functional UI solutions.
  3. Implement responsive designs to ensure cross-platform and cross-device compatibility.
  4. Champion best practices in frontend development, including component reusability and performance optimization.
  5. Participate in design reviews and offer constructive feedback to elevate UI quality and consistency.
  6. Stay current with the latest UI trends, technologies, and frameworks to drive innovation.
  7. Clearly document technical decisions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven expertise in UI design principles and frontend development methodologies.
  2. Extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
  3. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and component-based architectures.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear, open collaboration.
  5. Demonstrated ability to empathize with end-users and deliver delightful experiences.
  6. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to pixel-perfect execution.
  7. Ability to work independently and proactively in a fully remote, distributed environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with UI animation, micro-interactions, or design systems.
  2. Background in building accessible, inclusive digital products.
  3. Prior experience working with cross-functional, remote teams.
