Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience - Master's degree is a plus but not required. - 0–3 years of professional software engineering or AI experience. - Internship, research, academic, or personal project experience involving Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning. - Experience building AI, machine learning, or software projects through school, internships, hackathons, or open-source contributions. - A passion for solving business problems through technology. - Professional experience is not required if you can demonstrate strong technical capability through projects, research, or coursework. Pay & Benefits Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act) - Minimum Salary: $111,300 - Maximum Salary: $161,700 This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.
