Scope of Work

Preferred Qualifications

  1. 3–5+ years as a graphic designer, visual/brand designer, layout or print specialist, editorial designer, or art director; contributors with 7+ years or art direction expertise are encouraged for quality leadership tracks.
  2. Portfolio demonstrating advanced use of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy, particularly in editorial and marketing contexts.
  3. Expert-level proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects), Canva, or equivalent design platforms.
  4. Ability to articulate and document design concepts with precision, using established design and composition terminology.
  5. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent professional portfolio demonstrating relevant expertise.
  6. Strong written English proficiency for meticulous annotation and structured content documentation.
  7. Background in poster, editorial, or marketing layout design, with added value from motion design, video editing, or cinematography experience.
