micro1 is engaging Portuguese Audio Recording Experts (Portugal) to contribute to a unique project for a valued customer. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

1. Produce top-quality Portuguese audio recordings in alignment with detailed project specifications.
2. Leverage professional-grade equipment to deliver clear, accurate, and natural-sounding speech samples.
3. Follow defined recording protocols, including file formatting, environment standards, and submission guidelines.
4. Submit an initial audio sample as part of the project onboarding process, demonstrating advanced technical proficiency.
5. Collaborate with the project team to ensure consistency, clarity, and authenticity in submitted recordings.
6. Provide feedback and expertise on optimizing the audio recording process to meet evolving project needs.
7. Maintain a high standard of linguistic authenticity, with particular attention to native pronunciation and regional nuances from Portugal Portuguese.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Native fluency in European Portuguese, with demonstrable understanding of regional dialects and nuances.
2. Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in professional audio recording (studio, voice-over, broadcasting, or similar domains).
3. Proficiency in using advanced audio recording equipment and editing software.
4. A strong portfolio of relevant audio work, ideally including projects for commercial, broadcast, or academic purposes.
5. Meticulous attention to detail, with proven ability to deliver clear and high-fidelity speech recordings.
6. Strong organizational and communication skills, with commitment to timely and accurate deliverables.
7. Ability to provide a high-quality audio sample using your own professional-grade equipment as part of the engagement process.
