Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review and expertly correct machine-generated Spanish (Spain) transcriptions for accuracy and fluency.
  2. Add precise metadata tags and comprehensive linguistic annotations to audio and text datasets.
  3. Ensure each piece of content fully adheres to linguistic guidelines and project requirements.
  4. Utilize strong attention to detail to validate the quality of transcriptions and annotations.
  5. Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms with the project team.
  6. Collaborate with customer’s team members to resolve language ambiguities and improve data quality.
  7. Proactively identify inconsistencies and suggest improvements for process optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Fluent level Spanish (Spain) with outstanding linguistic intuition.
  2. Demonstrated experience in transcription, annotation, and applying metadata tags to language data.
  3. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in remote, multicultural environments.
  5. Ability to critically assess and correct machine-generated linguistic output.
  6. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision and meeting strict deadlines.
  7. Proficient in using digital tools for language data management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience as an audio engineer, data annotator, or professional transcriber.
  2. Familiarity with language technology and AI-driven transcription tools.
  3. Background in linguistics or a related field.
