micro1 is engaging Spanish Transcription Experts to support a high-impact project for an innovative customer. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

  1. Transcribe audio samples with precision, accurately capturing both Spanish and English content as required.
  2. Review, edit, and proofread transcriptions to ensure clarity, consistency, and linguistic accuracy.
  3. Annotate audio files with relevant metadata and contextual notes to enhance AI training datasets.
  4. Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify assignment guidelines and adapt to evolving project specifications.
  5. Deliver completed transcription assignments within established timelines and meet or exceed quality benchmarks.
  6. Provide constructive feedback on workflow processes, tool usability, and any linguistic challenges encountered during assignments.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Native or near-native fluency in Spanish, with advanced comprehension of both spoken and written Spanish.
  2. Professional experience in audio transcription, particularly where high accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
  3. Demonstrated commitment to producing high-quality language data and maintaining rigorous quality standards.
  4. Familiarity with industry-standard transcription platforms or tools.
  5. Strong skills in both written and verbal communication, including the ability to document findings and clarify ambiguities.
  6. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments and adapt to changing project needs.
  7. Previous experience in AI training, data annotation, or language resource development is a plus.
