Role Overview We're recruiting native Arabic speakers for immediate customer experience (CX) agent testing. You'll place calls and run quality reviews to evaluate our client's conversational AI agent.

What You'll Do

• Complete 10 test calls with the CX agent, following the prompts and scenarios provided
• Complete 10 QA reviews of calls, assessing accuracy, tone, clarity, and naturalness
• Provide clear written feedback on conversation flow and user experience

Schedule & Compensation

• Duration: 1-2 hours total
• Start Date: Immediate

Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker
• Prior data annotation experience
• Able to place calls to an EU, UK, or US phone number
• Ability to make clear phone calls with good audio quality
• Available to start immediately
