About this role

Role Title: HR, Learning & Development Expert — PowerPoint Review & Reconstruction

Role Type: Contractor

Location: Remote

micro1 is engaging experienced HR, Learning & Development Experts to participate in a project focused on elevating executive-level presentation materials. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. You will receive images of business slides relating to HR, learning, and organizational development, then reconstruct and enhance them in Microsoft PowerPoint. A critical part of this opportunity is articulating both the improvements you make and the original choices you intentionally preserve, providing a thoughtful log for each task. Typical source materials may cover organization design, talent development, workforce planning, or compensation and benefits strategy. This project welcomes both industry practitioners and consultants, emphasizing factual accuracy and clear domain definitions.

Scope of Work

  1. Rebuild business slides from images using Microsoft PowerPoint, emphasizing clarity and professional design.
  2. Enhance content structure, data visualization, visual storytelling, and slide layout for senior or client audiences.
  3. Edit and refine slide content while preserving critical HR and L&D definitions, caveats, and data accuracy.
  4. Document, in detail, the rationale for both improvements implemented and original elements deliberately retained.
  5. Analyze and strengthen message hierarchy, supporting evidence, and exhibit selection for each slide.
  6. Handle diverse materials such as organization design decks, training modules, and compensation reviews.
  7. Deliver each assignment within an anticipated 1–2 hours, with volume varying by project sprint.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. 3+ years of proven expertise in HR, learning & development, organizational development, or workforce strategy.
  2. Demonstrated experience crafting executive-ready PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders or clients.
  3. Strong skills in slide reconstruction, data visualization, visual storytelling, and business communication.
  4. Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and content editing within HR and L&D subject matter.
  5. Ability to clearly explain message hierarchy, evidence-supported titles, and design choices.
  6. Comfort working independently in a project-based, sprint-driven context with variable volume.
  7. Prior experience with AI data training, evaluation, or rubric writing is a plus, but not required.
