Put your clinical expertise to work shaping the future of healthcare AI. Annotate and review complex EHR data — remote, flexible, and high-impact....
Medical AI training jobs pay clinicians to teach models how medicine is reasoned, not just what textbooks say. Physicians, nurses and allied specialists write diagnostic explanations, grade model answers to clinical vignettes, author exam-style questions and flag unsafe advice. The work is remote, asynchronous and paid by the hour, and it sits at the top of this market’s rate range because clinical expertise is the scarcest thing in it.
Below is every live medicine and healthcare listing from the six marketplaces in this feed, refreshed daily.

Physician Overview Medical questions are where model mistakes matter most: outdated guidance, missed contraindications, and confident answers that no clinician would sign off on. A…
A typical task hands you a clinical scenario and a model’s answer, and pays you to do what attendings do on rounds: find what is wrong, explain why, and write what a competent clinician would have said. Other projects are generative, drafting board-style questions with answer rationales, or safety-focused, stress-testing a model with cases where a plausible answer kills someone.
Specialty matters. General clinical review hires broadly across MDs, DOs, NPs and RNs; specialist projects, radiology reads, oncology treatment reasoning, psychiatric risk assessment, pay a premium and screen on board certification. Retired and non-practising clinicians qualify for many listings, though some require an active license.
Six marketplaces publish this work openly. Every listing above links to the one that posted it, and each has its own page here covering pay, screening and who gets hired.
Review model answers to clinical questions and correct the reasoning. Write reference answers and differential diagnoses. Author exam-style questions with rationales. Grade safety: whether advice is wrong, incomplete or dangerous. No patient contact, no charting, no call. It is the cognitive part of medicine, delivered in writing, on your own schedule.
Physician listings in this feed commonly publish $60 to $150 an hour, with some specialist roles above that. Nursing and allied-health roles post lower, typically $30 to $60. That is far above generalist AI training pay because the marketplaces are bidding for a small pool: people who can catch a subtle clinical error a model made confidently.
Listing by listing. Many projects accept retired or non-practising clinicians because the work is educational review, not care. Specialist projects usually want board certification, and some want an active license for credential verification. Each card above states its requirements; the screening step verifies them.
No. You are not treating patients or giving medical advice to people; you are producing and grading training material under contract. There is no patient relationship, so malpractice exposure does not attach. The obligations you do take on are contractual: confidentiality about the projects and, at some labs, restrictions on discussing the work publicly.
Credential verification first, then a domain screen. Mercor runs a recorded AI interview where you reason through clinical questions aloud; Terac gates each study with specialty screeners; others use written assessments. Clinicians used to oral boards do well once they treat it the same way: think out loud, structure the differential, justify the call. Practising that interview format beforehand is worth more than reviewing content.
Every marketplace above screens with an interview or assessment in your own domain before assigning paid work. Run that interview with Skillora first and get feedback on how you explained your reasoning, not just on what you said.
