The language tracks pair a psychologist listing with a psychiatrist listing for the same language: Gujarati, Marathi, Tagalog, Indonesian, Japanese, Malay, Georgian and Lithuanian. Child and adolescent tracks are narrow and clinical: suicide and self-harm, eating disorders, substance use, safeguarding and exploitation, and abuse trauma. Each wants a specialist. The eating disorder track, for example, asks for three to five years post-qualification with adolescents, an active license, and a caseload within the past two years. The military and veteran track is for board-certified psychiatrists and PhD clinical psychologists with substantial direct care of service members or veterans. VA, military treatment facility and Vet Center experience is the obvious fit.

The work covers PTSD and trauma assessment, the language and culture of military life, and how a model should talk to someone who has served. You review simulated patient interactions, write the scenarios, and join occasional virtual consults with the project team.

What the work looks like

The tasks come straight from the listings. Build psychiatric and psychological case studies a model can learn from. Grade model-written guidance for clinical accuracy, bias and ethics.
